  • If a bottle is damaged during shipping, send us an email at wineshop@northernlightswinery.ca and we’ll send a replacement on us. 
  • No need to worry about the cold, we guarantee your wine will be kept above freezing at all times (even when it's -30°c!).
  • Your package will be delivered directly to your door. If someone of age is not available to receive the package, it will be safely held at your nearest post office.
